About me - Well I am a 500hr RYT with Yoga Alliance. I started teaching in 2017 after a solid practice of about eight years.
My first dabble with yoga was way back in 1995 when I was pregnant with my son. But I really came to the practice ten years ago and my connection and love with yoga grew from there.
I teach yoga with a real awareness and connection to our breath. For me it is all about feeling and breathing in the posture. and through this, coming back to yourself. Feeling, breathing through it and being in the moment, exactly where you are right there.
I work with yoga props so my classes are for absolutely everyone, whether you're a complete beginner or already have a regular practice, we will adapt and find exactly what you need both with your practice and from my classes.
We will move, we will hold and be in the moment. We will work with our breath in pranayama and I will give you a nice long relaxation at the end so you can leave your mat feeling rested, refreshed and restored. Ready for anything!
